What is an Atal Tinkering Lab? (ATL)
Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) is a lab set up by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India in almost 8000 schools across India. This lab is a space where you can come and innovate, experiment and think of out of the box solutions for problems that you see every day and would like to solve.
These labs are equipped with Do-It-Yourself Kits, Arduino boards, electronic kits and a 3D printer.
If student selects ‘No’, display:
Don’t worry! You can apply through an ATL school that could be very close to your school.

Note:
If a non-ATL school needs to apply in the ATL Marathon 2021, the school can approach the nearest ATL School to work in partnership with a “Parent ATL Centre” (ATL School) and work as a “Child School”. The Parent ATL Centre shall provide access to the Atal Tinkering Lab in their school, its equipment to the student/ faculty OR any virtual/ online support and access/ licenses to the “Child School” as well as the necessary financial-aid to the child school for any travel/ logistic arrangement in respect to the ATL Marathon 2021 at any point of time till the completion/ submission of the project.

With a vision to ‘Cultivate one Million children in India as Neoteric Innovators’, Atal Innovation Mission is establishing Atal Tinkering Laboratories (ATLs) in schools across India. The objective of this scheme is to foster curiosity, creativity, and imagination in young minds; and inculcate skills such as design mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning, physical computing etc.

अटल टिंकरिंग लैब (ATL), एक प्रयोगशाला है जिसे अटल इनोवेशन मिशन, नीति आयोग, भारत सरकार द्वारा भारत के लगभग 8000 स्कूलों में स्थापित किया गया है।
यह लैब एक ऐसी जगह है जहाँ आप प्रयोग और नवाचार के जरिए उन समस्याओं का समाधान खोज सकते हैं, जिनका हर दिन आप सामना करते हैं और उसे सुलझाना चाहते हैं।
ये लैब डू-इट-योरसेल्फ किट, एर्डयूनो बोर्ड, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक किट और 3D प्रिंटर से लैस हैं।

चिंता मत करें! आप अपने स्कूल के निकटतम एटीएल स्कूल के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
नोट:
एटीएल मैराथन 2021 में आवेदन करने के लिए गैर-एटीएल स्कूल अपने निकटतम एटीएल स्कूल से संपर्क कर कता है और उस “पैरेंट एटीएल सेंटर” (एटीएल स्कूल) के जरिए “चाइल्ड स्कूल” के रूप में इस मैराथन में भाग ले सकता है। पैरेंट एटीएल केंद्र अपने स्कूल में “चाइल्ड स्कूल” के छात्रों / संकाय को अटल टिंकरिंग लैब तक पहुँच प्रदान करेंगे और साथ ही एटीएल मैराथन 2021 के दौरान किसी भी यात्रा / लॉजिस्टिक व्यवस्था के लिए “चाइल्ड स्कूल” को आवश्यक वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेंगे।
