How to Participate in 75 Crore Surya Namaskar ?
Instructions for individuals/ Students to participate in the project
- Login to www.75suryanamaskar.com and click on the link of “individual registration” to open the registration form.
- Provide your personal details correctly while filling up the form. Take care that spelling of your name and town is correct as it will be printed as it is on your certificate.
- Users who have logged in with their Google account or Facebook need not to verify their phone number.
- Learn Suryanamaskar with the help of the video available on website.
- If participant is having any medical issue they must consult their doctor before participating in the Suryanamaskar project as it involves 8 minute physical workout with body bending.
- One can start performing 13 Suryanamaskar everyday from 1st January 2022. It takes only 8 minutes to perform 13 rounds of Suryanamaskar. Every participant has to perform Suryanamaskar for minimum 21 days in the period of 1st Jan to 20th Feb 2022.
- To update your daily practice record you have to follow following steps –
- Log in with Google link or with your registered WhatsApp no and password.
- Click on the “Calendar” link on your profile page
- Click on the check box according to your day.
- Continuing the practice of Suryanamskar even after the project is completed will benefit you to keep yourself healthy and happy for lifetime.

वैयक्तिक सहभागियों के लिए दिशानिर्देश
- ७५ करोड़ सूर्यनमस्कार अभियान में हिस्सा लेने के लिए इस वेबसाइट पर “individual registration’ लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
- क्लिक करने के बाद जो form खुलेगा उसमें अपनी जानकारी सही-सही भरिए। अपना नाम लिखते समय उसमें कोई दोष न हो इसका ध्यान रखें, क्योंकि इसी नाम को प्रशस्ति-पत्र पर लिखा जाएगा।
- रजिस्टर करते समय आपको अपना WhatsApp नम्बर और पासवर्ड डालना है। अपना डाला गया नम्बर तथा पासवर्ड याद रखें क्योंकि प्रतिदिन का आँकड़ा भरते समय इसी के माध्यम से आप login करेंगे।
- जिन उपयोगकर्ताओं ने अपने Google खाते या Facebook से लॉग इन किया है, उन्हें अपने फ़ोन नंबर को verification करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
- वेबसाइट पर दिए गए vdo और pdf की सहायता से सूर्यनमस्कार सीख सकते हैं।
- यदि आपका किसी गम्भीर बीमारी का इलाज चल रहा हो तो सूर्यनमस्कार में सहभाग लेने से पूर्व अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह करें।
- पंजीकरण करते ही आप सूर्यनमस्कार का अभ्यास शुरू कर सकते हैं। किंतु यह प्रकल्प १ जनवरी २०२२ से शुरू होगा। ध्यान रखें कि १ जनवरी से २० फ़रवरी के बीच आपको कोई भी २१ दिनों तक कम से कम १३ सूर्यनमस्कार प्रतिदिन करना है।
- आपको अपने प्रतिदिन के सूर्यनमस्कार के बाद अपनी प्रोफाइल पर जाकर इसकी जानकारी देनी है। इसके लिए –
- अपने गूगल लिंक या फिर पंजीकृत व्हाट्सएप्प नम्बर, पासवर्ड से Log In करें
- अपने प्रोफाइल पर “Calender” लिंक पर क्लिक करें
- अपने दिन के अनुसार Day 1 से Day 21 पर उचित स्थान पर क्लिक करें
- २० फ़रवरी को इस अभियान के पूर्ण हो जाने के बाद भी योग एवं सूर्यनमस्कार का अभ्यास जारी रखें। ये आपके शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए वरदान सिद्ध होगा।
