Today, I am going to share with you a few words about Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was a great Social reformer, Jurist, Economist, Politician and Philosopher. Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was Popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar. He was Born on 14 April 1891 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh.
Babasaheb himself has faced a lot of in-justice in his life. His education journey was not much easier than others. Yet, he was not discouraged. He strongly believed that education should be provided to all sections of the society. He completed his higher education from Bombay University, Columbia University and London school of Economics.
After returning from the United States of America, He fought for the fundamental rights of the lower castes. Babasaheb always stood for the equality of untouchables. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar palyed a major role in framing the Indian Constitution and hence he is called the ‘Father of Indian Constitution’. He held the post of the First Law Minister of Independent India.
His message to Youth was, “Educate, Agitate and Organize”.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar used to say “If you have two rupees, buy a book for one rupee and eat the bread for the remaining one rupee, because good books can make good person, bread can only satisfy one time hunger.”
Babasaheb renounced Hinduism and became Buddhist in the year of 1956. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar left this world on 6th December 1956. He was posthumously awarded India’s Highest Civilian Honor the ‘Bharat Ratna’ in 1990 .
Dr. Ambedkar’s life is such a wonderful example of struggle and success that is rarely seen elsewhere.

Friends, we celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti on 14th April Every Year in India. Actually this day is the Birth Anniversary of the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was great Social reformer, Jurist, Economist, Politician and Philosopher.
Babasaheb suffered a lot due to being an unteachable. He fought against it throughout his life. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar was a the First Low Minister of Independent India. He was one of the Important Persons behind the writing of Indian Constitution and hence he is called the ‘Father of Indian Constitution’
