Participation in MyGov Awareness Quiz on the International Day of Deaf Blindness 2026

The Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India, has informed that an Awareness Quiz has been launched on the MyGov Platform to commemorate the International Day of Deaf-blindness. The initiative aims to promote awareness about deaf blindness and foster understanding of inclusive education, accessible communication, and the rights of persons with disabilities.

The quiz has been designed for students, teachers and the general public and is available on the MyGov portal at:

In addition, a five-day online awareness course titled “Understanding Deaf-Blindness”, developed by CIET-NCERT in collaboration with Sense International India, is also available to build awareness and capacity among teachers, school leaders, caregivers, students and other stakeholders. You are requested to disseminate this information among students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders and encourage their active participation in the quiz and the online course.
