Competition of Suggest a name for the ‘One Nation, One Fertilizer’ Scheme

Competition of Suggest a name for the ‘One Nation, One Fertilizer’ Scheme

The concept of “One Nation, One Fertilizer” is about having one single brand name for urea and other fertilizers instead of several brand names of companies, which is in practice as of now. This will help in the reduction of freight charges due to stopping of criss-cross movement of fertilizers, reducing the transit time, ensuring the availability of fertilizers throughout the year irrespective of brand preferences, and stopping the diversion of urea for industrial purposes.

In view of the above, the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers invites citizens to suggest a name for the ‘One Nation, One Fertilizer’ Scheme.

Prize / Rewards

INR 10,000/- to the winning entry for suggesting a name for the ‘One Nation, One Fertilizer’ Scheme.
