You all are aware that Board’s Annual Examinations is a gigantic exercise involving a Lakhs of functionaries at various levels. It is necessary that all functionaries be assisted by the Board of informing important information so that examination could be conducted smoothly.

Accordingly, the board has decided to organize a Live Webcast to Explain about the preparations for examinations and Role and responsibilities of various functionaries as per the following schedule :-

• Date : 17.02.2023 (Friday)
• Time : 12 : 00 Noon
• Duration : 1 Hours

The live webinar will be available on the YouTube Channel. The Schools will take the following action to live stream the webcast : –

1. Log on to the Link – https://www.youtube.com/live/Cz46ULOIiBg?feature=share
2. Go to the YouTube and Search BoardExams@CBSE
3. You would be requiring a screen, sound system, and an Internet connection
4. All schools will compulsorily make arrangements to watch Live webcast under the supervision of the Principal
5. All teachers teaching Classes IX to XII and other staff involved in the conduct of examination and evolution should watch the webcast and note down important instructions pertaining to their role in the examinations/evolution.
6. Guidelines for CS have already been sent to all the examination centres. The Centres may there study the guidelines carefully and queries. If any may please be sent to CBSE on mail id : [email protected] so that these queries can be replied to during the webcast itself.
7. Even, If thee is any doubt after the webcast, the same may also sent on the above email id so that these queries be replied to in the form of FAQ’s to all examination centres.
8. Each school is required to upload the following on ASAR app which could be downloaded from Google Play Store
   • A geotagged photograph covering the participants
   • Total number of participants in the program
