CBSE Circular – Invitation to online register as aspirant Resource Person for Capacity Building and other Programmes being offered by CBSE

The CBSE is organizing Capacity Building and other Programmes aimed at enhancing the professional competency of the teachers engaged in building future citizens. To ensure the success of these programs, CBSE is inviting knowledgeable, experienced and willing individuals to register themselves as aspirant
Resource Persons for sharing their expertise with the Principals, Teachers and other Staff members of CBSE affiliated schools.

A serving or retired person from school of any recognised Board/ Colleges/ Institutions/ Autonomous
Organisations/ Deemed University/ Private and Govt. Universities/ Elementary Schools/ Other relevant
organisations/Freelancer/Professional etc., willing to be a Resource Person can register himself/herself.

CBSE is seeking Resource Persons who possess the relevant qualifications and attributes; few are as
under:

  1. Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in a specific subject area, teaching methodology, or educational field relevant to the CBSE systems.
  2. Experience: Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or teacher training, with a
    proven track record of excellence preferably in CBSE schools.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver
    quality training sessions and engage with participants.
  4. Innovative and Creative Approach: A creative, interactive and innovative approach to teaching
    and learning, with a focus on current trends and best practices in education.
  5. Language: Proficient in Hindi and English etc. languages.
  6. Tech Savvy: Well-versed with the latest Information Technology and digital tools. Able to take
    programmes in online/offline/blended mode.

If a person meets the above criteria and is passionate about sharing knowledge and skills with educators, he/she is invited to register as aspirant Resource Person on Prashikshan Triveni at www.cbse.gov.in (URL: https://cbseit.in/cbse/2022/ET/frmSchool) , the official training portal of CBSE. Once, the online application is received, the aspirant’s details will be reviewed by the concerned Center of Excellence (CoE)/Training Unit – HQ. The shortlisted persons will be contacted for further interaction and due assessment process.

This online registration facility is an ongoing process and operational 24 x 7 mode.

It is to be noted that the inclusion in the pool of Resource Persons will be based on qualifications, experience, relevance of expertise to the training programmes of CBSE and the performance in the assessment process undertaken.
